About Innothink Academy
Our Stanford trained coaches have spent more than 7-years coaching both children and adults in life skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, empathy, and creative confidence.
One key learning from our experience is that although academic education is important, it isn't enough to equip people to deal with a world of change and uncertainty. Nobody knows what the future holds, the only certainty is that things will continue to change, especially in the workplace. Most of the jobs our children will do don't even exist yet.
That's why we started Innothink Academy. We believe that providing students with crucial life skills such as problem-solving and thinking skills at an early age will provide them with a great foundation for success in an ever-changing world.
Going beyond education
We go beyond traditional education approaches to teach our students critical life skills.
Our classes are hands-on, interactive and student driven. Our facilitators are their to guide rather than teach.
Students learn through the practical application of skills and techniques on team projects to help them strengthen their problem solving skills.
Preparing for the future
At Innothink Academy, we believe in the importance of enabling children to have a well-rounded approach to the world. By including and considering multiple avenues to learning and customising the students’ experience, we hope to equip children with resourcefulness, communication skills, creative confidence and problem solving skills that will set them firmly on the right path forward.

It's important for children to grow up learning how to adapt to the fast paced world they're living in. At Innothink Academy they will learn the ability to think on their toes and take initiative to solve whatever problems they face.

The main reason we did that was because:
1. The people and the facilitators
Having known them personally and knowing their credentials. We were confident the programme would have been well thought out and they will bring their diverse experience into the programme.
2. Past Credentials
As they were responsible to set up and build the original genovasi school programme we knew our child would get a great experience
3. Passion for kids development
Most of the facilitators and the administrators are themselves parents. This is also another motivation for us to send them to the programme.
When were there this was proven and we were so happy to be part of the programme. It met out expectations of instilling leadership, working in diverse set up and most importantly providing a safe environment for our child to express their creativity.

"I got to learn of the importances of having teamwork to achieve a desirable result during my experience of creating an ideal image of my partner’s pencil case. This program allowed me to widen my knowledge on the 3Rs, Reuse, Reduce and Recycle which we had a discussion on. Most importantly, we were asked to do a presentation on introducing our prototypes which were created from recyclable materials. I learned that the way that one introduces its prototype impacts the views of people’s thinking and that shows that I shouldn’t neglect any part of its appearance and the functionality of the prototype on daily uses which can ultimately become the deciding factor of people buying my prototype."
